@blitz big difference streaming a whole game as to bits of calculations in tiny packages to then be rendered locally. And Hardware built to do it at high speeds.

You can probs run an online speed test, using a device such as pc or mobile, and select a server in or near Seattle and you'll probably get results similar to xbox results. I have similar issue regarding tests from uk.

However... I should add that my actual upload speed in no way actually affects my online experience or functionality, and I use xcloud AND console streaming so I can play xbox at work via project xcloud.

So is your concern stemming from actual issues, or simply a response to the actual reported speed from the test?

The upload speed most likely contributes to my reactions in a game the same as the high latency where I am finding an opponent or enemy has already shot me a few times before I even see it on my screen... I have done speed checks on sites on USA sites and
the latency is running on the 200 plus ranges... There are many arguments re latency were some say over 50 is bad for on-line gaming and other over 100 ... does make any difference to me though as always over 150 and many times over 200 ... depending on
game playing and many other issues.

Disabling the firewall drastically improved the latency shown from your two tests and screenshots so that was definitely blocking connection.

Also would you mind running a speed test on your PC using a third party speed test site? Just type "speed test" on Bing or Google and run a test and let us know the results of the latency.
