Game Streaming Doesn't work on Xbox App

I connect my Xbox to my pc and both are connected to the same network, but when I click stream, it starts up, says connected, then changes to a green screen and closes the Xbox app, even test streaming doesn't work. How do I deal with this or fix it for
good, I really need to be able to game stream right now. I have searched everywhere and I cant seem to find a solution...

Sorry, but it is not currently possible to upload console-streamed game videos. When you record a streamed game, the GameDVR video is associated with the Xbox app, not with the streamed game (because the recording feature doesn't know you are streaming or
what you are streaming). Consequently it cannot be uploaded (Xbox Live knows that the Xbox app is not a game).

 

"We couldn't connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connected to the same network as this device."

I am having problems with game streaming still. I still get the message, "to continue, sign in on your console with this account", and I also have problems turning my Xbox One on or off from the Xbox App. I have also tried to use the Xbox Beta App, but that
doesn't work either. Sometimes the game streaming works perfectly fine, but these two issues happen occasionally.

So you haven't had any problems with connecting your Xbox to your PC, but whenever you click to start the stream, the app crashes? Have you tried redownloading the Xbox App and restarting your computer?

 

I have and it doesnt work

 

Tried all the stuff on there that are relwvant and they also dont work
