GAME STORE ICON NOTHING SHOWING

hi is there a problem with the game app in the store because when i go ti the store ans i select browse game nothing is showing , no problem with the browse app, film, tv or music only the browse game that there is nothing showing ans also i dont see
my ''game with gold'' icon that i had before the new update in august .thanks for letting me know

So this is customer service...ok lets see.

When i click on a game to buy in the store it never shows up just a black screen.

i would like to update pubg map but when i click on the update i just get a black screen...and on all games in the store.

I've just aboot had it with this "greatest console"....laggy menus slow slow slow.

That's odd that everything but the game store is showing for you. Since you first ran into this issue have you tried a full Xbox One power cycle? To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds, until it shuts down, and then power
it back on.

Let us know if there's any change after that power cycle. If not, it may be worth

Removing Your Xbox Live Profile and then adding back.
