Game stop did me dirty

Hello.. My name is Matthew I was at a GameStop location at the beginning of the month and purchased a new Xbox series x diablo eddition. First I was sold a used system and brought it back the next day and the gentleman there was very rude very unprofessional he was angry and quietly speaking inappropriately. When he brought me another Xbox the box was ripped and damaged I asked for one that was better treated and he again was unhappy about this and then brought another beat up Xbox. I accepted it due to anxiety and stress of conflict.

Hi there,

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Game Stop, but you need to take the issue up with them and their management. There is nothing anyone in these forums can do about another company's business dealings.

Yeah it done it on cod ghost and nba, it stopped at 49% both times and give me a dirty disc error .. I haven't shut any apps down but the game plays fine afterwards

this only happens for me with Mass Effect 3 all my old games work fine. Disk 1 will install fine, Disk 2 will not install stopping at 44% even after replacing disk 2 with “a new one” it gets to 44% and will stop with dirty disk error , for some people it
has been disk 1 that has had this problem, others have reported dirty disk error when playing the game or freezing at loading as I have experienced and again as in my case it only effects ME3, other games play fine, so it’s not the disk drive with the problem,
not directly anyway. Also it sounds like this problem has happened before in MW3 “dirty disk errors” . Let make it clear that this is happening to a lot of people not just a few and on new consoles as well.

no but the third disc of mine refuses to install keeps stopping about 20% on the install. keeps telling me the disc is dirty or scratched, but everytime i check it, its fine.
