    Does anyone know why when you have quit playing Hungry Shark Evolution and you back out and quit, when I signed back into the game all of the stats where back at 0 as if I had just began playing the game. Its not the 1st time either.
    It also happened once with Asphalt 8 Airborne as well. I use the free accounts for both but that shouldn't or assume it shouldn't be a factor please help. These games are my only two "escapes" if you will.

    Most game stats and achievements are synced to your profile. Some games may give you the option to possibly delete a save though.

    My stats were removed but not because I wanted it to be removed. I was the main leader on nba2k19 for 4 of the 5 stats and for some reason all stats were 1/2 of what i had acconplished

    There is not a way to reset game stats. You would have to create a new gamertag.

    • Have you had any issues with your internet at all or any error messages or codes regarding the syncing of your game
      data from the cloud?

    Note:

    You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync. Playing offline may cause your cloud data to become out of sync. Your data updates each
    time you connect to Xbox Live.

    My stats aren't awesome but they give me a decent measure of where I'm at. Playing exclusively with randoms I maintain average stats and always finish in the top half of every game I play. It really isn't that hard to get points in BC2.
