Game statistics don't sync for three weeks

Hi!

I play Forza Horizon 4 about three weeks and

1) Xbox Live:

All fine with tracking achievements and time played, but

Cars owned: --

Influence owned: --

Published captures (photos): absent

2) Forza Hub:

Only Game Score is synced

All other stats are zeros!

3) Mixer:

I have 20+ lvl in Mixer and only 3 lvl in Forza (what was synced soon after I start watching Mixer and that is all)

What is wrong?

Hi,

have you tried to do a power cycle of the console ?

This often solves a wide range of issues.
