Game starts to load, crashes with audio annoyance, returns to homepage

I have a video of what this is doing on my twitter @kalohomes. Known games it has does this to is madden and fortnite. Ive been able to play these games many times before they crashed on me!

Has happened to me on fallout 4(when it started, but game playable still), then madden 19(game is unplayable now since xmas) and now fortnite(game unplayable since monday/Tuesday this week) . I mention times because i noticed it may have done this after
an update of some sort to cross check update dates/times if needed.

The games will start to load

Half way through the load it freezes

The audio then gets very distorted and very loud

Freezes and returns me to xbox home.

I have read and done a lot of different suggestions

Uninstall, reinstall game

Unplug for 5+ mins

Reset with keep games option

Remove account before holding eject&power button for two beeps

Remove account then hardreset

Delete reserve or local data and hard reset.

Ive done as much as i can, i dont understand since ive been able to play the games many times before the issues occurs.

Hey Sean thanks for keeping in touch.

If the steps above didn't help then the next troubleshooting steps would be to either perform a

Full Factory Reset (wipe everything) and redownload all games and apps, or
Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since this could also be a licensing issue (corrupt license for the games). We appreciate the patience as we understand this can get frustrating but give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

I have cleared local data and cleared mac .

Tried to load fortnite and the issue still occured. :-/

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these
steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

I want them to repair the game then from shutting my Series X down and crashing the game and returning me to the Xbox homepage along with the game freezing whilst in a gunfight. Do they need to come look at my Xbox to sort this out ?

Try a system reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds and wait until the light on the power brick turns orange/yellow and then turn it back on. Or go to settings and select restart system.
