    Game showing ads/suggesting upgrade to premium but I paid for the annual subscription 11/18/16


    Why is my game showing ads and suggesting that I upgrade to premium? I paid for premium version almost a month ago and in fact my Microsoft account even SHOWS that!

    Please tell me how to fix ASAP!

    Getting ads on my PAID PREMIUM version of TapTiles.

    I keep gettings ads and the message encouraging me to upgrade to the "premium" version. As my account shows - I paid for renewal of my annual subscription 11/18/2016. Tried reporting this under my Microsoft account subscriptions but agent didn't even understand
    what I was talking about. When I said I had a Surface Pro 2 with Windows 10 she just gave me a link for Windows 10 support, Lame.

    Premium Subscription

    I paid for an annual premium subscription and have now started getting the ads again. My subscription doesn't expire until Feb. 2019. VERY frustrating - how do I fix this?

    Xbox live has been a paid for premium service since inception. I don't think that will change.

    If you pay for an annual subscription in one payment you will find Xbox gold costs around $5 a month already

    Minesweeper continually asks to renew Premium when it has already been renewed

    I just had the same issue after an upgrade yesterday (12/9/16). I opened minesweeper and clicked where it says to upgrade to premium (in the ad box) on a hunch. Another screen popped up and said I already had upgraded and to click on upgrade again to have
    it updated on my computer. I did so and the premium addition was back. Apparently the upgrades change/wipe out the file on the device that remembers that you have already upgraded.

    I paid for the premium edition, but again today it's showing ads and asking me to subscribe.

    Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!

    After the latest Windows update it is asking me to upgrade to premium. My subscription doesn't expire until January and now I got ads. :(
