Game Sharing with the Husband

My husband and I would like to Game Share, as we have a console each (secret to happy married life of gamers lol) but I keep reading different things on it. One page says you can be banned for game sharing, another page says it is fine.

I have read all the pages and links but I am still confused.

Are we allowed to Game Share between two consoles in the same house?

You cannot get banned for setting up game share. I have been doing this with my brother since the 360 and had help setting it up on the one directly from Microsoft. It's just different on how it's done. All you need to do is set your home to his xbox and

You can use the home xbox Feature, found in settings>personalisation. You set the Your husbands Xbox one as your Home Xbox (or whichever doesn't have Xbox Live and the games) and then sign out. If you both have Xbox Live and games, you set husband as your
home Xbox and husband sets yours as his home Xbox

Do it without worries. It won't get you banned since you live in the same house.
