Okay so I've read a lot of the issues people have about game sharing but they dont really clear up what they say, so I still need help with this. To start off, my brother bought this game (Payday 2) which is a digital download of course (keep in mind he
bought this in his own xbox) we use separate xbox's. So me being jealous of him having the game I wanted it. Now i dont usually game share with anyone or nor do i download any games from friends accounts. This was the only time I tried dowloading a game from
HIS xbox; as soon as I finish dowloading the game to my xbox in his signed account, I switched to my account and tried to play it but it asked me if i owned the game and gave me an error code. Also keep in mind, none of our xbox's is a home xbox. We tried
setting HIS xbox as a home xbox so i can play the game but even that wont let him (he has game shared with a cousin recently specifically a week ago) only once!

Any suggestions on what I can do? And dont tell me to buy it bc if you do whata the point of me writing this long paragraph

However you should not be abusing it

Home console is only meant to be used by you and your family

At best case 2x a year baring repairs which case support does it fot you

When you goto a friends you should only be using your profile to access the games no need for the home console

Unless you are sharinf your games which is a violation of the terms ofuse

Also stop turning this into a console war

First and foremost it is a violation of the forums terms and conditions and will only result in a lock

If you wish to access your brothers digital content via game share you'll either need to have his account set as Home on your console or have his account logged in to your console while you play. If he is trying to set his account as Home on your console
but cannot he'll need to contact phone support to request a reset of the feature. He can click this link to get the number for his region Customer Support

I had the same problem got a xbox s and was game sharinf and was all out of switches it follows your profile not system. at least for me it did and this was just 2 weeks ago and i still have to wait until August.

Im not sharinf the subscription, i only bought it for my account.

Why would it advertise a price with Xbox Gold if it had no connection?

The problem I have with indie games, is that you get very "samey" games in waves. By that I mean when Minecraft got released, all of a sudden every man and their dog was releasing some sort of "Minecrafty" game.

Now were in the winter of "Survival Horror" games (brought on by Day Z) and literally every man and their dog is doing a "Survival Horror" game.

I wonder what the next big thing in indie games will be, possibly something to do with gravity or time travel I'll bet.
