    I already used all of my 5 switches on my account and I completed the survey. But then it granted me one but I didn’t go to Personalization> My Home Xbox >Make this my home Xbox. It just did itself without me pressing the switch. I thought it would just save it whenever I needed it?

    None of that answers the OPs question...they already know all about Home Switches! They want to know why it automatically applied the extra switch instead of just saving it for later use

    The survey is when you apply for another home switch but apparently mine just got activated by itself without me going to personalization and putting it on there

    Then you misunderstood what the point of the survey is

    It literally says I can't make this my xbox that's your trigger for the survey

    It isn't meant for a latter date and it's not garenteed

    So it is NOT a toy

    Nor.is switches meant to be given away

    If you didn't want to switch right then why bother asking for an additional switch on your own console

    Hello again, if you have already used the 5 chance and try to make another console as Home Console it should not allow, will only allow on the date that the system show.
