Game Share Survey Not Working

I game shared my xbox 5 times already. But I was wondering if I could get another game share so I pressed HELP. I scrolled down to NUMBER OF SWITCHES and it said ANSWER A SURVEY TO RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL GAME SHARE so I did just that. I filled out the survey
and it said GAME SHARE RECEIVED so I went back to MAKE THIS MY HOME XBOX and clicked it and it still said CANCEL OR HELP. I was confused because it said I was just granted another game share but really I didn’t. Xbox can you please help me and at least give
me another game share? Thank you

Thanks for the reply. Essentially, what my fellow XBF stated is if you're choosing
HELP and no survey appears, then there is a chance you'll be granted (or not) an additional switch for your home console setting.

Additionally, as you also stated that you HAD taken the survey and it granted you a switch but when you went to apply it to your console, it wouldn't do so, this begs the question:
do you happen to be enrolled in our Preview Program for Xbox Insiders? If so, then you may be experiencing some sort of programming bug that needs to be reported officially (and so they can possibly further assist with getting you
another home console switch applied).

You can
report any issues as an Insider via the Insider's Hub app on your console or via PC, as well as, report via the

Subreddit for Xbox Insiders page.

However, if you are not in the Preview Program (not an Xbox Insider), then you may want to try to

power cycle your console (unplugging the power cable for 10 sec, then putting it back in) to see if the switch appears, and if it does not, then you would then need to simply wait for the next available home console switch to become available to do so.

I completely understand what you said but I am just confused because when I filled out the survey it said
YOUR XBOX SWITCH HAS BEEN GRANTED, GO TO THE XBOX SWITCH ICON AND PRESS MAKE THIS MY HOME XBOX. And it did not work it just came up with
CANCEL or HELP. So did I just not qualify even though the xbox told me I received one?

No messages popped up. Just said CANCEL or HELP again. And it didnt give me the option to fill out the survey again.

We in the forums is unable tongive you another gameshare change, you will need to contact support in this regard.

To see if your last one has been given do a hard reset/power cycle on the console by pressing and holding the xbox logo in the front until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.

When you tried changing your "home" again after the survey did any messages pop up? If your still unable to change your "home" xbox you need to contact Xbox support by requesting a call back. They may or may not be able to grant you another change.Otherwise,
