Game share player perks from Game pass

Oh i forgot, so i am a parent and under my account since i don't have any restrictions then it does allow it but I'm unable to do it on my childs account. To be clear the gift is available on both accounts separately

What about a car that was gifted (from forza 4 while i had ultime game pass) from the actual game but wont download due to some privacy setting? I have tried to correct it but none of the changes work.

I'm not 100% sure on this one since this is still fairly new, but I think it might depend on the game and the type of perk.

For instance, a consumable / boosters might only be good for the one account, but certain items might be available on the others accounts too.

As a test, I loaded up Sea of Thieves to see if the Ori ship was there. It's available on my account, the one that redeemed the code; however, it's not showing on my girlfriends account.
