Game Share Error

Hi all,

my friends seem to be having a problem with game sharing on Xbox one atm, one of them has bought Fifa 21 but the other is not able to accessit, it is just this game that seems to be the issue, other games are working fine, any ideas?

Unless your two friends live together in the same house id suggest telling them to stop what they are trying to do.

The "home xbox" feature was only meant for sharing games across two different consoles that you own so that you dont have to pay for the same game twice on two of your own consoles.

It was never meant for being used to share games with friends and using it in this way is actually against the rules.

Would you please share a screenshot of the error? The error message appears as soon as you launch the game?

If the error persists, please tell me if it happens as soon as you open the game and please share a screenshot of the error message.
