Game share broken, purchase shows up as in progress so friend cannot download...

I have been on xbox customer support for ages now, useless...I look for somewhere i can put an official complaint in....cant find anything...

what do I do?

I purchased Just cause 3 when it was on sale for £18, the purchase shows up as in progress despite ive had no issues playing since july 7th, but my friend cannot purchase because of the store problem.

The guy who i spoke to on xbox support barely understood what i saying, i had to repeat myself over and over again about the problem, and the best he could do was to refund me the sale price of £18 and then give me the rest in MS points, so I still had to
be out of pocket if i wanted to play my game within the next 5-7 days.

ive spent way too much time lately trying to sort out purchase issues, i had my payday 2 which was also bought on sale today refunded and repurchased for £8 because he couldn't originally download but this takes the p*ss.

How do i officially complain about the lack of service and support ive had (recently had this issue with horizon 2 not so long ago also) and how do i work around this problem without having to spend more money?

You are showing as having purchased the game - no its shows like i have not made the purchase.

Are you not seeing any error code, just "Can't download" when you try to download Crysis? i cannot try to download because it shows that i have not made the purchase.

 

Problem with Achievements either glitched or not updated properly on Xbox One.

Here few things about problems with Achievements in Xbox One.

Checked 2 friends achievements. Both friends got 100% Achievements Progress in Recent Activity and Compare Achievements in friend profile. One friend show 100% progress - 365G - 30 Achievements and other friend show 100% progress - 920G - 55 Achievements.
Those for Dead Rising 3.

2nd problems when I checked my different friend who played Battlefield 4 and show his 57% progress and my show as 42% in Battlefield 4 when compare his achievements so when I view my Achievements and show as 28% progress for this game.

There many players who got glitched achievements in Assassin's Creed IV on Xbox One.

Xbox360Achievements.org many Xbox One games for forums there many players said Achievements glitched on them.

But for me is Progress is broken.

I had my Gamerscore and Achievements updated fine as always pop and updated but not Achievements Progress with % it is not updated properly, glitched or broken.

Just let you know that Achievements Progress % is broken.

Please Microsoft do something to fixing ASAP on Achievements, Achievements Progress and other problems for Achievements. Please fixing.

I am frustrated when viewing compare friends for achievements and view my achievements because of Achievements Progress is messy up either glitched, not updated or even broken Progress.

 

Your friend wouldn't download from.the store it woukd.be in the ready to.install.section although it should be automatically installed

However if either of you are in the preview beta you will have to wait for.the next release if you are in the beta

 

You.cant ask.regular customer.support.for.beta issues that's what the preview forums are for
