today i wanted to play black ops cold war but it said i couldn't even though i preordered it in august. so i uninstalled it and when i went to the my library tab it didn't show up. its like i never purchased. now i cant even download it because i have
to buy it again. wack. anyway i can get the game without having to ay for it again?

The same thing is happening to me, “too play this game you need to buy it” i pre orderd it and im already prestige one like when is this going to fix itself

If you go to your account purchase history, can you see your Sea of Thieves purchase there showing as completed? See if it's there and let me know:

Make sure you select the period to more than 6 months to see your order.
