    Game save state disappeared. How to recover?


    Is there a way to restore game save states from the cloud? (What is the purpose of the cloud otherwise?)

    Using XBOX on windows- Started Wargroove (from XBGP) to see that my game save is gone. I was just playing it this morning. All my achievements from progress in the game are still in my profile but the game save state is gone. Is there
    a way to recover from an earlier time, like this morning?

    How to recover saved games

    You can't use original Xbox game saves on the 360. You can only use the games that you have discs for, and most of those won't work either.

    To use your GFWL account just sign into the Xbox using the same e-mail.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are attempting to recover a deleted world.

    If you have deleted a world in Minecraft, that world is gone. There will be no way to recover that account.

    Typically, save data is stored in the cloud, but the minute you delete or discard something in-game, that save state will be synced up to the cloud and you will be unable to recover that previous state.
