Game Save Indisponível - Diablo 3

Olá, sou usuário de Xbox One desde Dezembro de 2016, neste tempo de uso jogo Diablo 3, nos últimos meses fiquei um pouco ausente, e voltei a jogar na última segunda dia 04 de Dezembro de 2017, tudo normal até aqui, na terça dia 05 quando entrei no jogo,
uma mensagem surgiu de que eu deveria carregar os dados pois não havia save game, cliquei no botão indicado para baixar o save, no entanto outra mensagem de que não havia save game foi exibida, em resumo, aparentemente todo o save game do Diablo 3 foi perdido,
cerca de 700 horas de jogo conforme consta no meu perfil do xbox para esse game.

Entrei em contato com a Blizzard que pediu que eu entrasse em contato com a Microsoft, como o fiz, o pessoal do suporte solicitou que eu acessasse o seguinte site, TrueAchievements - Xbox Achievement Tracking,
neste eu pude ver todas as minhas conquistas e o último acesso de acordo com ele foi em 17 de Julho de 2017, ou seja, algo estranho ocorreu no meu último acesso feito essa semana nos dias 04 e 05 de Dezembro que simplesmente não ficou registrado e ainda por
cima, apagou tudo que eu tinha feito até então.

Se eu fosse um adolescente ainda teria vontade de começar tudo do 0, embora isso fosse extremamente triste e desanimador, mas amigos, trabalho o dia todo, tenho esposa e filho que preciso dar atenção kkkkkkk, tenho uma ou outra hora disponível na semana
pra me divertir, dessa forma, peço encarecidamente o auxílio para recuperar meu save game.

Vou adicionar imagens que comprovam um pouco dos meus acessos e tempo de jogo, talvez possa ajudar em algo.

Hi,

28th February cloud saves working fine with Diablo 3.

1st March, Xbox live gold subscription expired. Launched Diablo 3, cloud saves not available.

Renewed membership of Xbox gold for one month. Launched Diablo 3, selecting Cloud saves and message pops up stating "Sorry, cloud storage isn't available. Status code: 83860009"

Troubleshooting

• Moved save game from local Cloud Saves under settings > storage to a USB.
• Launched Diablo 3
• Choose USB, saves game works fine
• Choose Cloud Saves, no error or message appears and asks to setup your screen and create a new character. No saves available but it does work.
  
• Exited back to console settings and moved save game back to cloud storage
• Launched Diablo 3
• Choose Cloud Saves, message appears "Sorry, cloud storage isn't available. Status code: 83860009"
  

Can't find info on this Status Code. Need help to resolve issue, thanks.
