Game Reward screen level up meter not working.

    Game Reward screen level up meter not working.


    2nd Request. I've been at Level 99, Thailand (Gold Club) 3 days. The Level Up meter on Game Reward screen has not begun to move.

    Game rewards level meter not moving

    I have been at Thailand (Gold Club), level 99 for over 24 hrs. I have also collected 2 or 3 of the collection items. The level meter has not started moving.

    Game stuck on Level 20

    I play almost every day but recently I notice that my level meter is stuck at Level 20. I receive level travel points after the completion of games but they are not being added to the level meter. Please advise what to do to get the game to work properly
    again.

    It looks like you're working with someone over in
    this thread     on the Answers forums. I'd keep working with them for now. If you're unable to sort things out with them, I would suggest posting over on the
    Microsoft Bingo Facebook page. It is entirely possible that you have reached the max level of Bingo which is why the meter has not increased.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Bingo. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
