    Actually I've just started a new Xbox one and logged in with EA. It's saved all my skill progress from FIFA 14 on PS3.

    L4D2 - Game Resets because of Glitch?

    The game always kicks me back to the start menu at different levels on the Parish on solo campaign.

    Anyone experienced this issue before and how to resolve it?

    Yeah mine has just done the same - finished an encounter - then went back to the campaign screen - all stages locked .. One reason why I will never use the cloud for saves

    Are you trying to play the game all over again? Unfortunately, there is no way for you to reset the game, as all progress that you gain while logged in is attached to your Gamertag.

    Mine just did as well. I've found mention that it is tied to the DLC decks (not the free ones) and after exiting deck editor and reentering campaign, I discovered all progress reset. I've searched for a way to contact the dev for a remedy, but as they've
    released 2014 they are unlikely to shower support on their older games. Sad... the series has a lot of potential.

    Best of luck with yours... I'll be restarting again shortly. Here's hoping it doesn't reset again.
