    Game Refund Request Links via Virtual Assistant Do Not Work


    Hi all,

    I'm having difficulty in accessing the Request Refund form on any links or virtual assistant links that are provided - they all seem to link to the 'Add Family Member' page and not the actual form to fill out.

    I'm in Australia.

    Can somebody please assist with providing the correct link to requesting a game purchase refund.

    I have exactly same issue in UK, tried sorting with support multiple times. Each time I follow their instructions still end up at add a family member. Been on calls 4 times wasted about 5hrs overall. nightmare, desperate for resolution and £40 back. Tried
    mobile, laptop and work laptop always same...add family member?????
