Game Recognizes Achievement as unlocked but XBL doesn't

I can't get the achievement 'Humanist' to unlock in Dead Rising (Xbox One Version). You're supposed to get it after saving 10 survivors. I think I know why it glitched out though. I did 1 thing wrong and got a bad ending. I was in shock and complaining to
a friend until the end game stat screen appeared and I thought it would auto save so I rushed to reset my console by holding the power button. By the time it reached the point of no return and was def turning off, the 'Life Savor Achievement' (which is a step
above Humanist: save 20 survivors) popped, then the machine turned off. Now, no matter what, I can't unlock Humanist. I even got saint for saving 50+ survivors but still no Humanist. I'm pretty sure it's because the game recognizes the achievement as unlocked
already and no longer rewards it.

I think I've figured a workaround in deleting my game, re-downloading it but not letting the data sink, then completing the game with 10 survivors, but I really don't feel like doing that. I'm also afraid Microsoft will suspect me of cheating since I'd be
unlocking the achievements out of order. Any help from Microsoft affiliates would be appreciated or maybe direction on where to go to contact them.

Achievements not unlocking

I've been having this problem with my Lumia 925. Take for instance Mass Effect Infiltrator. If I earn an achievement a badge will pop at the bottom of the screen telling me I've earned it. However, on XBL it will show as not unlocked. I uninstalled it, installed
it, and tried to earn the achievement again. This time, not only did I get the badge to pop but a small green message bar appeared at the top of the phone telling me I earned the achievement. Now it shows up as unlocked. How do I prevent this from happening
again? I'm having the same problem on Assassin's Creed Pirates- the game tells me I unlocked something, but unless I get the green message bar at the top XBL doesn't recognize it. Its very annoying.

WHAT HAPPEN TO MY 360 ACHIEVEMENTS?!?!

If you earned the achievements offline and then downloaded your profile from live that would be the problem. XBL doesn't recognize offline achievements right a way I think so the offline achievements might take a bit to register.

If you had access to the casual playlist, that means that the game did not recognize you as a previous player. I'm not completely sure, but I believe it looks at achievements to determine if you played previously. If it doesn't recognize you, I think you
have to play 10 casual matches to unlock the achievement.

Achievements, sometimes, could also exhibit delays to be unlocked even after you did the task to unlock it. This could happen, happened to me with a few different games. In case of that issue, no one can change and unlock this faster, because the system of achievements are independent, Microsoft doesn't speed up the process, nor reset achievements already unlocked. When this bug happens, it's up to the achievements' system to recognize, through its updates, whether you have done the task or not to unlock that particular achievement. Unfortunately, no one can remove it manually, that's what I mean.

360 achievements unlock on the console whether you have a live connection or not. Check your achievements and see if they have unlock dates. That will show whether the xbox servers are recognizing the unlock or not.
