Game purchases not showing up on rewards (Apocalypse Rewards)

It takes about 96 hours for the program to update with new purchases. If it's been over 96 hours, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

I've been waiting days for my second and third sections of the mission to show up as completed despite having finished them 5 days ago. I'm worried that the points will get lost in the transition over to Microsoft Rewards.

The first part of the rewards came in, still waiting on the other 4000 for the achievments and 2000 for completing them both. Guess they are just taking a bit to post.

Apologies for the confusion. It usually takes us 96 hours to process recent activity, as stated in the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

However, after investigating your account, we see that your processing went an additional day beyond the 96, which is why it only started appearing recently. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. It appears that a server maintenance may have delayed
your purchase. We can confirm the purchase part completing, and you should see the rest fill in one after another over the next few days.

Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.
