Game purchased - payed 19,99€ instead of 4,99€

It was a pricing error. To get a refund, phone Xbox support, they will be able to sort that for you.

I have the same problem. There was a update of 2,3gb when i want to play it says no vault tech dlc. I delete the dlc on the xbox but now i have to pay €4,99 euro!. I did this in the hope it would work but it works but now i am 4,99 euro gone. Can i get
this money back, because i own the dlc?

I won't try to download this game again since the special discount is not there anymore ; it's now 19,99 and it was 4,99. But i really think its was the service outage that was responsable for my problem since I never had any difficulty before, my region
was qc/canada and my both my credit card were valid. Still, thank you for your help.

the problem isn’t about the region i think .

the problem that it tolds me to pay for the game it does’t recognize that this is a free game this month that’s why it ask me to add a way for payment .
