    I purchased MLB 23 the show and it doesn’t let me play anything it says it’s not connected and we are connected I don’t think the game works

    Have you tried to perform troubleshooting on your end? Please send the error code or message on your end so I can check it for you.

    Kindly also turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try launching it again.

    good luck. I even tried to purchase it because I got so frustrated. It still doesn’t work. That’s why they won’t give a redemption code. It won’t work. Fix this Xbox. This sucks
