    Game purchase is not reflected in my rewards


    I purchased xcom 2 through my Xbox one and the purchase is not reflected in my rewards points balance or activity. I am a longstanding Xbox live gold member, do we not earn rewards points for buying games through our systems? If we do how many points should
    I have earned and will they be added to my account automatically?

    Not reflected

    In the "game-on-demand book purchase a punch card" reward, it does not reflect the reserved DeadRising4. WatchDogs4 is reflected booked later.

    Some of my recent purchases from 11/16 are not being reflected in my pending rewards balance. Could you assist with why that is happening?

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the
    site.

    Hello WayneWonder325,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    The reward team will have to check your account to see if there are any issues. However, your purchase today (depending on what type of purchase it was) will not reflect for up to 96 hours from time/date of purchase so it would be too soon to see that purchase
    reflected.

    The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends and respond to threads oldest to newest.

    That applies to the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program usually has different timetables.
