    Game progress and gamerscore GONE


    I'm new to xbox one. I've been playing Jedi Fallen Order and I was almost done the game (fighting Trilla) and Xbox said it needed to do an update. Update done. Game progress and Gamerscore is completely GONE. Please help. No other forum is helping me.

    That's unusual, are you sure that you are still logged in or using the same Xbox GT user profile as before the Xbox update? It would be normal for a different profile that never played that game to have no progress or gamer score.

    Sign In to: https://www.xbox.com/ and validate your Gamer Score is reflected. Look under Profile, Achievements.

    Hey, are you still connected to the internet? It may just need to sync with live for it to update. Have you tried restarting the game or rebooting your console?

    Hi There,

    Sometimes if there is a violation against your account the gamer score can be wiped to zero. Take a look at the Xbox Enforcement website and see if you still have a clean record.
