I bought We Happy Few a while back and i just wanted to know if I have to buy it again or if i will have it on release because of this "Pre-purchase"

You wont have to buy it again. Any game you buy as a game preview game will automatically be upgraded to the full game when the game is released.

 

You wont have to buy the final version, when you buy a Game-Preview, you will automatically have the final version on the launch. "Game Preview" only means that is an work in progress. Think like and alpha or beta, but because you buy it, you have right
to have the final release, and at the same time you are helping to improve/shaping the game.

 

No, You Will never have to buy It again in this account, once You have purchased a game It Will be forever, If You keep using the account You purchased. If You set this account as your home console everyone will be able to play all the games You have in
your console or Just Sing into your profile when some one else is going to play a game which is in your profile.

You Pay for the game once, play it and help support the devs and hopefully see new content added down the line before release
