game pass xbox conan wont play

Conan exiles on game pass wont work for me at all, when i click on the game i can only play it through cloud, there is no option to download the game besides some nudity dlc that i couldnt care less about. when i click play it does absolutely nothing, like nothing what so ever. i've reset my cache, hard reset the console, checked every possible way to view the game and the only way i can download it is by buying it. i have xbox ultimate subscription, i can download and play any other game but Conan? again no matter what i do pressing play does not work.

edit; found a way to play it through the cloud after like half an hour of messing about but it runs absolutely horribly so unless anyone has a way fro me to install it i guess ill have to take a miss

2. What edition are you trying to download? Is it Conan Exiles or Conan Exiles: Complete Edition.

3. How did you download the game? Is it through Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass library or through Xbox Game Pass mobile app?

4. Are you getting an error message or error code?

For the meantime, try the following solutions if the download does not start or fails:

Check the Xbox status If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again.
Make sure you're signed in with the correct Xbox profile.
Check the space on your hard drive
Check for a system update.

You would be on with PC players given it's not cross-play. Whilst Game Pass does cover both PC and Xbox, you would only be on with those on similar versions so PC-to-PC, Xbox-to-Xbox etc

They usually announce which games are coming to Game Pass shortly after they are added, but there's been no word yet on Conan. It did have a free play week in the past though, that's how I played it. Maybe they will do something like this in the future
again.
