Game pass voucher - games not loading

Is your Gold membership still active? If the game you are trying to play is a multiplayer game you will still need a Gold membership in order to play that game.

Does this reflect on the
Services and subscription page when you are signed into your account?

When you check your
Order history on your account, does the code reflect on your account for the item this code was redeemed for?

If you haven't already, I would recommend using a
power cycle on your console to see if this helps with correctly recognizing the subscription on your account.

This is a great option. I also use this method to save for games. I load a voucher every month, and by the time the game gets released I can buy it instantly
