having issues with the renewal for this! Last year my bank blocked a payment , not sure why, anyway we began auto renew on the 25/12/20 , it went through just fine. After that it auto renewed up until the 25th March when it did not, not sure why, but paid
for it manually on the 28/3/20 , then we hit April and it auto renewed on the 26th. I contacted support and they explained what had happened and sorted out our issues from last year as it was still on the account that there was a failed payment last year.
They said from the 26/4/20 the game pas would renew on the 26th of each month. Contacted support today to check and they say it ran out on the 20TH May BUT its still working, not sharing a game pass either which they suggested could be why. I asked why the
money wasn't taken then on the 20th and they said auto renew is off , when i look on our end its on?!!? I suspect it will auto renew on the 26th (even though we have been purchasing it on the 28th since our issues last year) When I spoke to someone on the
26/4/20 he had to spend ages going back to last year and updating this system - so he said - but has anyone else had this issue?! It seems that it doesn't matter when we auto renew or manually purchase, EVERY month there is an issue , or a different date for
the auto renew. Its just not good enough I JUST NEED ONE DATE THAT IT RENEWS EVERY MONTH, yet every month there's an issue. what can i do ?!Xbox supports answer was that this account is game sharing on 1 xbox with another account we have in the home, didn't
have the heart and patience after 1 hour of chat to say the 2nd xbox ix off, not signed in and they are not sharing
