    Game Pass Ultimate (Windows 10) Error: 0x87E00005


    I have been unable to download certain titles from any of the game pass services (windows store website, windows store app, xbox app, etc). They seem to download fine on my Xbox but not on PC. I chatted with support for awhile and nothing they said to do has helped. They even said to wait 24 hours for the games library to fully integrate? I've successfully downloaded Moonlighter, Forager, Enter the Gungeon, and others, but haven't been able to download titles such as Neon Abyss, Katana Zero, and Deeprock Galactic for some reason. Not sure if the titles are relevant or not. I've also made sure its a valid subscription to play on PC and that all the accounts are logged in correctly. Tried the wsreset, deleting temporary files, disabling VPN and such. No luck. Any help is appreciated Game Pass Ultimate (Windows 10) Error: 0x87E00005 :)

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Is that the correct error code that you're receiving, or are you receiving error code 0x87e00005? If it is error code 0x87e00005, then you'll want to troubleshoot using our support article entitled Troubleshoot
    game installations on Windows 10     and follow the instructions under the section labeled "Still having problems?" to see if this will then allow you proceed.

    Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.
