    I can't redownload ck3. It gives me the option to buy it a full price or use game pass to download. I have gamepass ultimate. I am signed in my xbox account. I don't think its is fair to make me pay for game pass ultimate everytime I want to download a
    game thats on gamepass.

    No. If you pay in full 12 months of Game Pass ultimate, you'll get 12 months of Game Pass Ultimate. You'll only get 4 months if you buy 12 months of Gold or standard Game Pass and add that to Ultimate.

    You could just buy the Ultimate Edition of Gears 5.

    Paying for game pass ultimate vs normal game pass + Gold is a similar price month by month.

    I would suggest upgrading to Game Pass Ultimate. Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for the console, it's cheaper than purchasing Gold and Game Pass separately.
