Game Pass Ultimate subscription showing as expired despite renewal

Hello everyone,

I recently renewed my Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but it's still showing as expired on my account. I've double-checked my payment details and confirmed that the transaction went through successfully. I've tried logging out and logging back into my account on both my console and the Xbox app, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any advice or support from the community would be greatly appreciated.

To give you a heads up, all the completed purchases and transactions on your account is saved to your Order history real time.

Kindly verify your subscription renewal here: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history.

And to check the subscription status go to: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

If it shows up in there as active and paid renewal payment please sign out your account. Uninstall the Xbox App and then reinstall it. Sign in to your account afterwards.

Game pass Ultimate is different from Gold if your Gold subscription is expiring then need to renew.

You can subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and deactivate the recurring renewal. This does not dissuade the subscription but continues until the expiration date.

Hello Brad, by chance my subscription to The Ultimate Game Pass also ends on the 18th, as I have the automatic renewal turned off, he shows this warning but is not forcing me to re-sign or renew, it's just a warning that the 18th will be the last valid day of the subscription.

In this case after the subscription expires I will see the best option to re-subscribe to the Ultimate Game Pass.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with access to Minecraft. Is it possible the subscription you had and it expired was Ultimate game pass? As this subscription includes gold, and game pass. As Minecraft is on the game pass
subscription. Then when you renewed Xbox live gold, you no longer have game pass so unable to access the game. You can check subscriptions and see if the ultimate is there and when it expired.
