Game Pass Ultimate subscription paid but wont let me access

Me too and this is the first time with ultimate but I also had this problem with live and it lasted for over a week

In the end I spoke with Xbox support and they couldn't resolve after 45 minutes of trying but have now passed to the internal team where they will be creating a ticket on this and will be fixing my subscription. It's been over 2
weeks now with it still not working and I am still £11.99 down. How long does it take for someone to press a button to turn my subscription back on? Seriously Microsoft?

If you using a Xbox One console do a hard reset/power cycle on the console by pressing and holding the Xbox logo on the front until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on.

It will resync your console to the servers and should detect the subscription. That is if it does show up in your subscriptions on the website. Other wise you will need to contact support so they can have a look into the billing of the Gamepass subscription.
As we in the forums do not have that access.

Try signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/services and see what it says your subscriptions are there.

I have checked my subscriptions and its listed there with a renewal date in place for next month but if I check the purchase history it is not there. It has definitely come out of my bank 5 days ago and I have restarted the xbox etc as advised but not change.

Looks like it's Microsofts problem to fix as I cannot see a way around until they check they have my payment.
