When does the promotional price of the Game Pass Ultimate end?

Can we still get the free subscription of EA, Discord and Spotify along with the promotion?

Hi there,

just to add, when you are going to try Game Pass Ultimate your current Gold subscription will be converted to a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, see the link provided by Geth for more information and the converstion rate. This means that you will only have
a Game Pass Ultimate edition with a new End date and no other subscriptions.

You can always decide to turn autorenewal off for Ultimate, so it will end at the end date, after which you will be able to get a standard Gold subscription again.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate converts your current subscriptions to Ultimate and ends 1 month after your current one that has the latest date of expiry on it.

They didn't announce an ending date but that also means that it can go at any time.

So I did manage to get my knickers in a twist with trying to figure out the "£1 month upgrade to Ultimate and then £10.99 per month deal". i'd appreciate someone turning the gobbledygook into plain english for me please!

If I load up my son's xbox/Microsoft account with 36 months of Live Gold, and THEN apply the current "£1 month upgrade to Ultimate and then £10.99 per month deal", then WILL all 36 months of Live Gold become 36 months of Ultimate? If the answer to that is
'yes', then what happens to the "£10.99 per month" part of the 'deal'?

What I don't want is to get upgraded to Ultimate AND somehow have to pay £10.99 per month.

It is simply ambiguous, to me at least, so has anyone applied this upgrade successfully ie paid £1 only.
