Game Pass Ultimate Sub: couldn't grab EDF2025, can't grab Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Unfortunately it is a known issue which has been affecting several users in different countries with the last 3 360 titles in the gold offering. So far the solution has been to use the console to get the games instead of the online store, so I'm afraid you'll
have to wait for the console to get TTT2, I'm not aware of a definitive fix at the moment.

I'm in Italy too and have the same issue and was able to get the games only through console.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get these games to play on your account. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. If you're having problems trying to claim this game through your Xbox One, I suggest
trying the steps outlined in our Troubleshoot Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing article, especially the part where
it asks you try through a 360 as it's the best means to claim backwards compatible games unto your account.

Make sure your account is set in the same region as your console and you have a method of payment linked to your account.

Same problem for me (Italy)

Couldn't grab EDF2025, can't grab TTT2 too.

Personally love Tekken Tag Tournament, though Tekken 2 and Soulblade, I believe it was called, were both good fun.
