Game pass Ultimate shows payment pending but Microsoft have taken my money!

I have not personally heard of this happening. Usually when it comes to auto billing the error tends to be on the ACH transfer from the bank side. If Microsoft shows it as paid, there is a chance your bank originaly declined the ACH, which MSoft would
then show a chargeback, and block access. If payment was then reporcessed it could take up to 5 days for the changes to take effect.

I have the same issue. Money was taken from my account on the 15/11 and was working fine yesterday. Put it on this morning and says i dont have gold or game pass. Yet still shows my game pass ultimate is up to date. On my Microsoft account its shown as
pending. Been on the phone to support for an hour and not been able to sort anything. Now waiting for a call back from a ranger.

Hi Arturo, thanks for the reply. When I check the history, it shows that payment failed. When I check my bank , it shows 18.38 taken out for Microsoft*Ultimate.

Hi Georges yes I have been checking my account constantly and the purchase is not there it's been 6 days since they took the money 3 times and told me over the phone that it was pending but it's not pending nor showing that purchase but my bank shows it there and I still don't have the dlc or my money as I said I have screenshots of the money taken but not refunded or an item to show for it I'm very frustrated right now.

My subscription to game pass ultimate is pending from April 13 so I cant play online. Even though the money left my account on the 13th
