    Game Pass Ultimate running out early?


    I got a 12 month subscription to Gold in february of this year, and it was upgraded to the game pass ultimate, but my xbox live gold is running out on the 24th june, which is definetly less than 12 months.

    Game Pass Ultimate running out early?

    Did you add the gold before or after you had Ultimate?

    If you add gold while you already have Ultimate, it is converted to Ultimate, but on a conversion rate (you can see the full rate in the Game Pass FAQ)
    based on price, not time. 12 months of gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate. You only get the full 12 months if you add it before you purchase Ultimate or you add it when you don't have Ultimate.

    If you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, your remaining Xbox Live converts into Game Pass Ultimate days. If the Game Pass Ultimate has run out you can either carry on with Game Pass Ultimate, or buy Xbox Live on its own. If you cancel Game Pass Ultimate
    you lose any pre paid Xbox Live time.
