    Game pass ultimate refund


    Hi, a few months ago I purchased game pass for £1 and stated that I did not want recurring billing however yesterday I noticed in my bank account that I had been charged £32.99 for 3 months of game pass ultimate that I absolutely did not want. The support
    system has proven to be useless - virtual support has sent me in circles with no actual way to request a refund as my payment is not showing up on the “request a refund” page at the moment. It also says on the support page that they have a phone line currently
    open but I cannot actually find a way to get this number as when I put the category of my issue in I get sent to the same useless support pages. It feels as if microsoft are making it as difficult as possible for me to request a refund which is very difficult
    as with the current global situation I need every penny for necessities. Any help would be appreciated - thanks.

    You don't need to refund it, as it has been converted to game pass ultimate, so you will have game pass ultimate for the period you just paid plus the period you paid for game pass for console

    Double subscription

    Since you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, the Xbox Game Pass would have been upgraded and the time would have added onto Game Pass Ultimate. So you wont be able to get a refund.

    It seems to me that you bought the standard Game Pass instead of the Game Pass Ultimate, so you will need to request a refund with support so that it has enough to convert to Ultimate.

    When you added the Ultimate, the PC Game Pass was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So it was no longer eligible for a refund.

    To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.
