    For spotify, I already have a family plan, when I can redeem 6 months of spotify is it possible that I can redeem the 6 months onto my family plan or is it only a singular thing, because even if I tried to redeem the 6 months on a singular plan it wont
    let me because I already have the family plan.

    Xbox Gold conversion

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    I'm hoping there would be an option to redeem rewards points for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, redeeming for gold and game pass will still work. If you've an active ultimate subscription, you will still get some months added to it but it will be less
    than what you redeemed for via gold or game pass.

    I got 4 month validity after i redeemed 12 month subscription. May I know the reason?

    If you have game pass, ultimate and redeem a gold code, you will only get the equivalent dollar amount of game pass ultimate time

    If you don't have game pass ultimate you need to redeem the card and then purchase 1 month of game pass ultimate and Xbox live old will be converted
