    Game pass ultimate promotion failed for me! Pls help!


    Can someone provide information on who to talk to about the 24 month game pass ultimate promotion that Xbox had in Canada late in 2023? I need to know who I can contact to resolve an issue of it not initializing properly with my console startup!

    I have been dealing with Xbox support, and the manager said she would send my contact information for the third party who provided the promotion so they could help me. But then she never sent it and now they won’t respond to my email responses asking for what they promised they would send me.

    To be clear, unless you signed up for a 2 year payment program, you didn't get game pass, and those codes may expire after 60 days. The issuing bank you may have been paying for the program are responsible for your subscription
