    Posiadam już dostęp do Xbox Live Gold na najbliższe kilka miesięcy. Chcąc skorzystać z możliwości uaktualnienia go do pakietu Game Pass Ultimate kupiłem (w pełni legalnie) kod na GPU, ale przy jego aktywacji otrzymuję komunikat, który przełożyć można na
    "Coś poszło nie tak, ale pomożemy ci", oraz link do strony support.microsoft.com, która jest pełna FAQów, ale brakuje tam rozwiązania mojego problemu. Gdy przełączyłem się na język polski, próba aktywacji kodu zwraca komunikat "Próbujesz zmienić aktualną wersję
    swojej subskrypcji na starszą". Co można z tym zrobić?

    Przy każdorazowej próbie otrzymuję informację "Zakup planu Xbox Game Pass Ultimate spowoduje uaktualnienie Twojej subskrypcji Xbox Live Gold lub Xbox Game Pass do wersji Xbox Game Pass Ultimate...", ale niestety, kodu nie da się aktywować.

    I already have an access to Xbox Live Gold for a few months forward. Wishing to exercise the possibility to upgrade it to a Game Pass Ultimate access, I have purchased a (fully legal) code for GPU access, but during its activation I receive a cryptic "It looks
    like something went wrong, but we can help" message that points me towards support.microsoft.com site full of FAQs that can't seem to address my issue anyway. When I switched to Polish, the message I receive during the activation goes: "You are trying to change
    the current version of your subscription to an older one". What can I do?

    Each time I try to activate the code, there is a "Joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will upgrade your remianing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass mebership(s) into Xbox Fame Pass Ultimate...." message, but I can't use the code anyway.

    Nie nie nie, na początku strona jest po polsku. Dopiero jak kliknę Games With Gold następuje przeniesienie na angielską wersję. Podejrzewam, że Xbox.pl nie jest w pełni zlokalizowany. Ten sam problem występuje podczas kupowania Xbox Live, strasznie denerwujące.

    Skorzystałam tylko z okresu próbnego.

    Nie chcę przedłużać subskrypcji tylko ją anulować.
