    Game Pass Ultimate perks not redeeming on PC


    I recently tried to redeem some of the perks included with my Game Pass Ultimate subscription on my PC, but it seems like I'm running into issues. Every time I attempt to claim a perk, I either get an error message or nothing happens at all. I’ve made sure my Game Pass is up to date and even restarted my computer multiple times, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and if so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    It is the same account.

    Xbox game pass has finally admitted I'm an Ultimate member. However, the perks claims the code has "already been redeemed." I have no Ori cosmetics either on PC or on Xbox.

    Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks. New content will regularly be available, which you can redeem on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass mobile app, or Xbox app for Windows 10 PC.

    I'm afraid that's not possible, but you can subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to convert your remaining Xbox Game Pass for Console subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by that you will be able to access the subscription to your PC as well.

    The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is consists of Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play both for Xbox and PC. You will also have perks that you can redeem by having the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first.
