Game Pass Ultimate perks not redeeming on mobile app

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks. New content will regularly be available, which you can redeem on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass mobile app, or Xbox app for Windows 10 PC.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to redeem your Game Pass Ultimate perks through your mobile app. However, redeeming certain perks are only applicable on your console, the Xbox app for Windows, or at redeem.microsoft.com through a web browser.

Strange, try downloading the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile, log in with the same account that has the ultimate game pass, and try to access the perks through it, see if that works, please.
