To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first. Please check if your accounts are properly linked.

Make sure your Xbox account is properly linked to the relevant service where the perk is being offered (like your Battle.net account for an Overwatch perk).

Double check as well that the correct account that has the active Ultimate pass subscription is the one signed in.

And then verify the perk eligibility, please make sure that you're accessing perks from the correct region as well.

There are also specific perks might have platform limitations or require additional steps within the game itself to activate.

I'm afraid that's not possible, but you can subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to convert your remaining Xbox Game Pass for Console subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by that you will be able to access the subscription to your PC as well.

The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is consists of Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play both for Xbox and PC. You will also have perks that you can redeem by having the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
