Game Pass Ultimate perks not loading on Xbox Series X

Hi everyone,

I've been having some trouble accessing the Game Pass Ultimate perks on my Xbox Series X. When I navigate to the perks section, the content seems to either not load at all or takes an unusually long time and eventually times out. I've tried restarting the console and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Are there any known solutions or troubleshooting steps I can try? Would appreciate any help from the community. Thank you!

Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks. New content will regularly be available, which you can redeem on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass mobile app, or Xbox app for Windows 10 PC.

Hello Charissa, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there. When the internet is back up and running try again.

Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

Not all perks may be available in all countries.

Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.
