Game Pass Ultimate perks not downloading on console

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your perks. Where are you trying to access your perks: Console, Mobile or PC?

Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is active. Perks are an added benefit for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. If you need to, upgrade your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by joining Ultimate. Go to:

Xbox Game Pass

On the PC

To browse current Perks on your PC, head to the Game Pass tab of your Xbox app for Windows, then click on Perks

On a mobile device

1. Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone (if you haven't already)
   
2. Once you're signed in, click on your profile at the bottom
   
3. The perks will be under your profile and Rewards balance. Click Show all
   

On an Xbox console

1. Press the Xbox button then click My games & apps > See all > Apps
   
2. Select Xbox Game Pass
   
3. Click on Perks

As part of our troubleshooting, can you please try to check if your perks will show using Xbox App for mobile? You may download it from here:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-on-mobile

If you will receive the same results using the mobile app, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps:

Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Verify that you are within the support window listed under Contact hours.

Click "Contact Us."

Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.

View the support articles that are offered on the page to see if they can address your issue. If you need more help, click See contact options.

Choose the option to "Chat online" or "Request a call" on the following screen, then fill in the required information.

Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.

If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks
