Game Pass Ultimate perks not appearing on Xbox Series X

I've recently encountered an issue where the Game Pass Ultimate perks are not appearing on my Xbox Series X. I've double-checked my subscription status, and everything is active and up-to-date. However, when I navigate to the Perks section, it shows no available perks despite knowing there should be some ongoing offers. I've restarted my console and even tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any recommended solutions to get the perks to show up correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? The reason I'm asking you this question is because only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get exclusive access to Perks. New content will regularly be available, which you can redeem on your Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass mobile app, or Xbox app for Windows 10 PC.

To isolate your issue, please share the exact error message that you received if there's any. Kindly check the status of Xbox live on your region for any possible system outage:

As part of our troubleshooting and as a workaround, can you please try to check your perks from the Xbox app on mobile? You may download it from here:

If you will receive the same error message or results using the mobile app, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps:

Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Verify that you are within the support window listed under Contact hours.

Click "Contact Us."

Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.

View the support articles that are offered on the page to see if they can address your issue. If you need more help, click See contact options.

Choose the option to "Chat online" or "Request a call" on the following screen, then fill in the required information.

Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

Hi. I have tried using different devices and networks and still have the same issue. According to the advert this perk is available in the UK and appears on my perks page via my ultimate game pass. All other perks on the page works.
