    Game Pass Ultimate perks missing after renewal


    Hello everyone,

    I recently renewed my Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but I've noticed that the perks that usually come with it are missing from my account. I've tried logging out and back in, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Has anyone experienced this before? What steps can I take to restore my perks? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Game Pass Ultimate Perks Missing After Renewal

    Hello Nguyet, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    This could be an issue of a minor wait while the membership populates your account. However, what you can try for now is to powercycle your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes.

    During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any memory there. When the internet is back up and running restart your console and check again.

    For the game pass perks, it is per perks and not per subscription.

    For example, I have redeemed a code perks for World of Tanks, after I redeemed it, I will not be able to redeem it again even if my susbcritpion expired and renewed.

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.
